Professor Katherine Blouin co-authored with Professor Matthew Sears (University of New Brunswick) an article in the Globe and Mail about Prime Minister Carney's recent speech at the 2026 World Economic Forum in Davos. Professors Blouin and Sears highlight in particular Mr. Carney's allusions to Thucydides' Melian Dialogue in his speech.
