The Global Languages Initiative is excited to announce this year’s Language & Culture Day held on Friday, March 15th from 10 am to 1 pm in the Sidney Smith Lobby.
Whether you are interested in expanding your existing knowledge of a language, deepening your connection with your linguistic and cultural heritage, or are simply curious about foreign languages and cultures, you are all invited!
Bring a friend and discover the great variety of languages that are taught at the University of Toronto, St. George. You will have the opportunity to take part in language and culture-based activities, to mingle with professors, as well as graduate and undergraduate students from 10+ different programs, and to learn more about our offerings, research, study, and internship opportunities abroad.
The Department of Classics will be participating and we hope to see you all there! Our table will feature a selection of ancient food for visitors to try and some ancient language activities.
