A workshop on the historiography of Roman-era philosophical activity will be held in the Philosophy Department. Participants include Andreas Bendlin, René Brouwer, Leo Catana, Madalina Dana, Bjorn Ewald, Nathan Gilbert, Matthias Haake, Myrto Hatzimichali, and Reviel Netz.
This workshop is organized by George Boys-Stones and supported financially by SSHRC and, at the University of Toronto, the Office of the Vice-President (International) and the Collaborative Specialization in Ancient and Medieval Philosophy (CSAMP). It is part of a larger collaborative project jointly led by George Boys-Stones and Matthias Haake.
